Ordinations at Tepeyac
On the Feast of the Archangels, Father Rafael Ávila Mier, O.S.B. was ordained to the priesthood and Brother Rogelio Alaniz Valencia, O.S.B. was ordained to the diaconate by the Most Rev. Salvador González Morales, D.D., Auxiliary Bishop of the Archdiocese of Mexico, at Tepeyac Abbey Church. Congratulations!
Canonical Visitation
Archabbot Martn de Porres Bartel, O.S.B. (St. Vincent Archabbey), Abbot Placid Solari, O.S.B. (Belmont Abbey), Brother Leven Harton, O.S.B. (St. Benedict Abbey), and Father James Flint, O.S.B. (St. Procopius Abbey) conducted the quinquennial canonical visitation of the monastic community at St. John’s Abbey in Collegeville, MN from October 21-26, 2025.
